BT’s New Public Access Wi-Fi Broadband Package Launched
BT has launched a new broadband package called the BT Business Total Broadband hub that will enable businesses to provide free or voucher based Wi-Fi connection to their customers.
Bill Murphy, Managing Director of the BT Business, emphasized on the advantages of BT’s latest broadband offering saying that the new package will combine better customer service along with giving businesses a chance to enhance their revenues.
Until this launch, the rather tedious procedure of installing a hotspot has been a major deterrent for prospective customers. However, with BT’s new initiative the public Wi-Fi service scenario is bound to change and a Wi-Fi hotspot may become as a great way of attracting more customers.
